Long Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and application instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy of your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion, you confirm that you have read the (Privacy Policy and LINK) and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Promoter Fox’s Burton’s Companies (FBC) UK Ltd

Eligibility

  1. This promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man, Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18+ only and excludes employees and the immediate families of Fox’s Burton’s Companies (FBC) UK Ltd (“the Promoter”), its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
  2. Internet access and registration required.
  3. Purchase of a promotional pack required. Please retain photo of pack showing Best Before Date and receipt as proof of purchase.
  4. Maximum of 1 entry per person per day, each purchase showing a new pack and unique receipt confirming the purchase. The maximum entry restriction per day is during the entire promotional period and late entry period.
  5. Maximum 1 PRIZE win per person and maximum 1 prize win per household for the main and late entry period.
  6. Entries (bulk or otherwise) from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases will not be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
  7. Each entry to the promotion must have a new pack and unique receipt as part of the entry requirements. Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms and Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion

    8. Promotional Period

  8. The promotion is open daily between 1st May 2025 – 29th July 2025. Each daily draw is open for entries from 00:00 to 23:59. 90 daily prize draws in total.
  9. Prize draw entries will not roll over from one day to the next.
  10. Entries prior to these promotional dates will not be considered as there will be a holding page until the start of the promotion, however there will be a late entry draw on 1st October 2025 from valid entries received between 00:00 30th July – 23:59 30th September 2025.

    11. How to enter

  11. To enter for a chance to win one of the daily prizes in the prize draw, entrants must:
    1. Purchase a participating promotional pack during the Promotional Period, subject to availability, whilst stocks last (see clause below for participating products);
    2. Visit www.jammiedodgers.co.uk/win and follow the directions to the promotional microsite;
    3. Enter their full name, email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion) plus the last 4 digits of the pack barcode and submit
    4. Retain the proof of purchase receipt as it will be required for claim and verification. The proof of purchase details must be unique for each entry, clearly indicate the product purchased and be dated within the Promotional Period and prior to date of entry.
  12. Entrants will then be entered into that corresponding daily prize draw and will receive conformation of their entry via an onscreen message.
  13. Winners only will be notified, by email, within 1 working day of the relevant daily prize draw which will take place the next working day after entry. So, a draw will occur the following day but for Friday, Saturday and Sunday draws will take place on the following Monday and all three days’ worth of winners will be informed on the Tuesday. Bank Holidays draws will also occur the next working day.
  14. All valid entries will have an equal and random chance of winning across the relevant prize draws which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process for each of the daily prizes.
  15. The Late entry prize draw will be drawn from all valid entries entered during the late entry period as indicated via an independently verified computer programme process.
  16. All valid entrants will, upon entering Late entry prize draw will receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the Late entry prize draw.

  18. Incomplete, invalid, illegible or misdirected entries, entries received outside any Promotional Period, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these T&Cs in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by using multiple IP addresses, using identities other than their own, the use of programme, alias or multiple accounts or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
  19. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/ win.

    20. Promotional Prizes and details

  20. There are a total of 9050 prizes available to be won. 9000 daily draw prizes (90 days of 100 prizes/day) and 50 late entry draw prizes.
  21. Each winner will receive a limited-edition Jammie Dodgers branded Nerf Super Soaker. Approx. 15.5cm x 5.5cm x 29cm and made from PVC, PE, ABS and PP.

    22. Winner selection and notification

  22. During the overall promotion, those consumers who chose to enter the daily prize draws or the /Late entry draw will be entered based upon the date and time of entry. Entry draws will take place the next working date following the respective daily draw via an independently audited and verified prize draw computer programme. A winner will be redrawn if they have won previously or if there is a previous winner within their household. If multiple winners are selected from the same household, only the first entry will be accepted, and all other prizes will be redrawn.
  23. Winners only, however, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) within 1 working day of the relevant draw taking place.
  24. The winners will have been requested in the email sent to provide additional information within 14 days of initial notification including their home address via a secure link and proof of purchase to start the verification process. During the offline claims process, once verified, winners will receive a further confirmation email informing them that their prize will be delivered within 45 days of the date of verification. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
  25. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
  26. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the prize and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits their prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 days from initial contact or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit their win and to reallocate the prize, if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the corresponding daily draw or Late entry draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. The reserve winner contacting process will continue until up to one (1) reserve have been contacted for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be added to the Late Entry draw or withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
  27. Any unclaimed prizes from the main promotional period will be placed into the Late Entry draw and will be available to be won then.
  28. The late entry draw will take place on 1st October 2025 from valid entries received between 00:00 30th July – 23:59 30th September 2025 via an independently audited and verified prize draw computer programme. A winner will be redrawn if they have won previously or if there is a previous winner within their household. If multiple winners are selected from the same household, only the first entry will be accepted, and all other prizes will be redrawn.
  29. Winners of the late entry draw must claim their prize by following the same steps stated in clauses 23 – 26.
  30. Any unclaimed prizes after the Late Entry Draw process has been executed will be declared null and void.
  31. The prizes will be fulfilled via Secure, Tracked Delivery. All prizes will be delivered within 45 days of the confirmation of each winner’s valid additional information, including home address and any other information required and the completion of the verification process.
  32. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.

    33. General

  33. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters.
  34. In ROI the promotion is carried out under a licence issued by the District Court area of Dundalk and held by Dundalk Simon Community (the beneficiary), Seatown House, Jocelyn St, Townparks, Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland. (Charity No: CHY10951).
  35. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  36. A list of winners’ surnames and their counties of residence will be available by emailing your request to careline@fbc-uk.com and using the subject line ‘Jammie Dodger Promotion’ within 3 months of the promotion closing. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by emailing careline@fbc-uk.com.The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
  37. Winners may be requested if they consent to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.
  38. All entrants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.
  39. In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
  40. Last 4 digits of the barcodes must be entered online exactly as they appear on the pack. Please retain.
  41. Barcodes have no value and cannot be transferred or sold.
  42. Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
    1. Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions;
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
    3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the microsite or any combination thereof;
    4. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of barcodes at any point during the operation of this promotion;
    5. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.
  43. Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the online entry process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms & Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
  44. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
  45. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
  46. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries , plus all wins including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase, pack and ID including date of birth (passport, driving license or equivalent form of identification that clearly states the winner’s date of birth) and to block user accounts without warning, to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means
  47. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incorrect, incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, damaged, delayed or undelivered or any failure of the internet or of any kind that may prevent any entrant from entering the Promotion.
  48. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
  49. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  50. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.

    51. Data Protection

  51. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. You can request access to your personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending an email to careline@fbc-uk.com By participating in the promotion, you acknowledge to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded. Any data obtained by The Promoter via this promotion will be deleted three months after the end of the promotional period.
