How long is the promotion running for?
The promotion is live from 00:00 on 01.05.2025 until 23:59 on 29.07.2025. Each valid entry gives you the chance to win 1 of 100 Nerf Super Soakers.
Who can enter and what age do they need to be?
This promotion is open to residents in the UK and the Republic of Ireland only. You must be aged 18 and over to enter.
Do I need to make a purchase to enter the promotion?
Yes, a purchase of a Jammie Dodgers promotional pack and proof of receipt is necessary to enter.
How do I enter?
To enter, visit www.jammiedodgers.co.uk/win and follow the instructions to submit your entry. You will need to enter the last 4 digits of your pack barcode in order to enter.
Do I have to pay to enter?
No, you will not be charged to enter the promotion beyond the requirement to purchase a promotional pack of Jammie Dodgers.
How many times can I enter?
You can enter the promotion once per person per day.
I don’t live in the UK or the Republic of Ireland; can I still enter?
Sorry, if you don’t live in the UK, IoM, CI, or the Republic of Ireland, you can’t enter the promotion. It is only running in these areas, so only those who reside in these areas can enter.
What prizes are you giving away?
During our Daily Prize Draws, you will have the chance to win a Nerf Super Soaker.
Is there anything I need in order to win the Daily Prize Draw?
In order to accept the prize, you must have a valid address in either the UK or the Republic of Ireland for prize fulfilment. You will also need proof of receipt.
How are winners selected?
100 prize winners will be drawn at random each day from all valid entries received via an independently verified process.
How will I know if I have won?
If you have won a prize, you will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry of the competition with instructions on how to claim your prize.
What happens if I win; will any personal details need to be provided?
Yes, winners will need to provide their full name, date of birth, mobile number, valid email address, and home address for verification.
How long do I have to complete this verification process?
You will have 14 days from the date you receive the winner notification to complete the verification process. If verification is not completed within this period, your prize will be forfeited.
How and when will I receive my prize?
Upon successful verification, our Prize Provider will arrange for delivery of your prize within 45 working days.
Can I request an alternative prize?
No, prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
I haven’t received my prize, where is it?
If after 45 days you still haven’t received your prize, please contact the fulfilment contact as detailed within your winner’s notification email.
What happens with the details I provide?
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. How do I know if I have lost?
If you haven’t received a winner notification via email during this promotion, that unfortunately means you haven’t won this time but keep an eye out for upcoming Jammie Dodgers promotions.
I entered the promotion too early/too late, will I still be in with a chance of winning?
Unfortunately, any entry received before or after the Promotional Period will not be entered into the prize draw.
Can I win more than one prize?
You are entitled to one entery per person per day throught the promotional period. One prize per personal and one prize per household is allowed.
